VEHICLE ASSESSMENT
Every panel undergoes ultrasonic paint depth measuring logged across 40+ points. We inspect for clear coat wear, previous body work, and OEM gap tolerances.
SCOPE & QUOTE
A itemized proposal outlining exact paint systems, film TPU specs, labor hours, cure cycles, and milestone pricing is provided before work begins.
PREPARATION
Bumpers, badges, lights, and handles are disassembled. Panels undergo multi-stage chemical decontamination, claying, and block sanding.
EXECUTION
Paint application occurs inside our climate-controlled booth at 22°C with hospital-grade air filtration, followed by shortwave infrared curing cycles.
QUALITY CONTROL
Scangrip CRI 98+ lighting arrays illuminate every square inch. Panels are checked for zero orange peel, edge wrap clearance, and spec accuracy.
DELIVERY
Your vehicle is presented in our optical studio alongside maintenance guides, warranty certification, and high-res documentary build photography.
